Note:
Dbskkd-cdb is designed to run with inetd or daemontools.  Example config
for both superdaemons are available at %%DOCSDIR%%.

Also note that dbskkd-cdb no longer required to run 'root' (1.71dev does),
nor chroot(8) to the dictionary directory.
