dotclear has been installed into:

    %%WWWDIR%%

You will probably want to add an alias to your httpd.conf file,
somethinglike this:

        Alias /dotclear "%%WWWDIR%%"

And restart Apache.

Open the following page in your browser and follow the instructions:
http://www.your.host/dotclear/admin/install/
