You will probably want to add an alias to your httpd.conf file, something
like this:

    	Alias /owncloud %%WWWDIR%%
	AcceptPathInfo On
	<Directory %%WWWDIR%%>
	    AllowOverride All
	    Require all granted
	</Directory>

And restart Apache.
